Terms and conditions
All treatments are non-refundable, however you can reschedule appointments as long as a 24 hr notice has been given.
Deposits will be deducted from treatment cost on the day.
We do not take any responsibility for lateness and we kindly ask our clients to plan their journeys well in advance. Please Check your driving Route/ Train journey at least 48 hours prior to your treatment and allow yourself enough journey time. If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will either be cancelled or the treatment time will be reduced however you will have to pay the full price.
Parking
Parking: Oakwood Branch -> Parking outside the clinic is free and easy. There is a 1 hour prohibited parking time between 2pm and 3pm directly outside the clinic, however free parking is permitted on the main road during this time. On residential streets restrictions apply.
Parking: Enfield Town -> There are plenty of parking spaces available in Enfield Town closest one being straight down from the clinic where you would have to use their application to pay online. On street parking is also available again paid online. Other options are Enfield towns main car park behind lidl which is a 7 min walk from our clinic.
Gift Vouchers
You can purchase gift vouchers from the clinic or over the phone. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Vouchers may only be used for treatments and cannot be used to purchase products. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Please ensure you bring your voucher along to your appointment. We cannot be responsible for lost vouchers.
Patch Test
Certain treatments we offer require a patch test. Unfortunately, under no circumstances are we able to carry out these treatments without having had a patch test. You will be informed when booking your appointment if we require you to have a patch test.
