Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged. clients aged 14-16 will be required to provide authorisation from a parent a guardian. We require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason you will need to give us at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointments and 48hours’ notice for Permanent make-up appointments and cosmetic injectables. Any treatment will be charged to all clients who fail to turn up for an appointment or give the clinic 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. We do not offer any refunds for any of your treatments. for our laser hair removal, a patch test and a consultation is needed before starting the treatment.
